Calendar deletes over 30 days on synch

[ Edited ]

My Blackberry Curve 8330 synchs with my outlook 2007.  The Calendar deletes all data over 30 days old.  I would like to keep this data, at least in my outlook calendar.  How do I change this setting?

Re: Calendar deletes over 30 days on synch

Hey bobelliott,

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

Go in to the Calendar on the BlackBerry smartphone> Press the menu key> Select Options> General Options> Set Keep Appointment to forever.

For the next step , What version of the BlackBerry Desktop Software do you use?

Thanks.

Re: Calendar deletes over 30 days on synch

Hey,

Do you have all your Calendar events in your Outlook Calendar? An easy solution may be to clear the calendar on the BlackBerry smartphone and re-sync the information from Outlook to the BlackBerry smartphone.

Thanks.

Re: Calendar deletes over 30 days on synch

HB- I really appreciate this, but when i synch them, it erases the calendar on both Outlook on the laptop and on the Blackberry. Any other ideas? Many thanks, Bob
