Calendar entries dissapearing

I am encountering an issue with the calendar application. The phone keeps "dropping" various entries from my calendar. When I re-enter them they seem to stay for anying from a few hours to several days but then they disappear. Syncing with my computer or restoring an earlier backup restores them but then they seem to dissapear again.

  As these are important business entries a "fix" is extremely critical

Can you provide a bit more information please so I can assist you better?

  1. Are any other types of entries such as SMS messages or email messages being deleted also?
  2. Are the calendar appointments older appointments or new appointments?
  3. Can you tell me how much free memory you have on the BlackBerry Torch 9810 smartphone? Here is how to check: "How to check the amount of free space available on a BlackBerry smartphone" KB23391

Its possible that the entries are being deleted due to the Low Memory Manager being activated. For more information please see the following KB article. "What is the Low Memory Manager feature on the BlackBerry smartphone" KB02843
