Re: Calendar not installed bb device v6.00

reSmiley Surprisedptions -> Advanced Options -> Default Services

Make sure that your Calendar (CICAL) is associated with your Outlook email address

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Above was also the solution after a 6.1 upgrade except:

Options (icon on main screen) > Device > Advanced System Settings > Default Services

and, as per above, for "Calendar (CICAL)" select the e-mail address of your Outlook email

Re: Calendar not installed bb device v6.00

Thank you sooooooooooooo much for this solution!  I was very anxious at having to go through the wipe procedures, but when I found your solution I tried it and it worked wonderfully.  The culprit was FACEBOOK!  They had taken over where my email account should have been.  I do so appreciate that you took the time to write your solution.  It saved me untold time and stress.

Re: Calendar not installed bb device v6.00

I want to thank you sooooooooo much for taking the time to post this solution! It saved me untold stress and time, and it worked beautifully. I was getting quite discouraged at the idea of having to wipe out everything and hope the backup was not corrupted, etc. Thanks very much!
