Thanks for the help.
Yes, I do have the Transfer all scheduled items selected. It is also set on two way synch.
Just that when the synchronization progress is on going, I do not see the Calendar come up at all. Everything else synchs, just not the calendar.

The last thing I can think of:
Try going to "OPTIONS" ADVANCED, DEFAULT SERVICES and make sure that your calendar is not pointing to you carrier's email address, but the address at your Outlook setting.
I had the same problem and once I fixed that, my calendar appointments, etc., came accross just fine.
That came from a post By Suefox51

The last step now allows the synching to take place between my BB Calendar and Outlook. However, it created a lot of duplicate appointments in my BB Calendar, and many of my entries from my BB Calendar did not show up on my Outlook.

The only thing I know to do know is this;
Copy the entries from BB calendar to outlook so you have one calendar with all dates.
(you will have to do this manually, otherwise the duplicates will transfer to Outlook.)
If you can do that we have one calendar (Outlook)that has all the appointments.
Then go to your BB calendar and go to a date that exceeds your events, I picked 2009.
While in agenda mode hit options delete prior. This will clear the BB calendar.
Then synch with Outlook and all you appointments will transfer over.
