Hi, sorry if I'm asking a Q that's already been asked, but I've been searching for 2 days for an answer.
Ever since I updated the desktop software (after being prompted to do so) for my Bold 9650, there has been a calendar item that is niether on my BB or on Outlook anymore. It was part of a recurring series which I had to change. So after I updated, a window opened and said "The following recurring event cound not be synced (May 22, etc). Remove the event and sync again." The event is on neither. I even deleted the entire series. Because of this, my calendar won't sync.
I tried restoring a backup from a week ago, and that didn't work. I also uninstalled the BB Desktop Software and reinstalled it after seeing that suggestion on a forum. That didn't work either.
Any other suggestions? i am not super computersavvy, just a dentist. So I hope the solution isn't too technical.
