I go to advanced Systme Settings on my phone then to Default Services and Calendar (CICAL) defaults to BBM Groups but I no longer have any groups. The problem is when I log an event in Calendar on my phone when I go to sync to my computer my computer sync will not pick up any items that I posted to my phone. FYI I don't get my emails on my phone. I hope some one can help me out.

Hello Cully and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
Sorry to hear you're unable to sync your Calendar with your computer.
Question for you - when you are in your Calendar and go to Menu>Options, do you see a Device Default listed under Calendar Lists or just your BBM Groups?
When you go to create a new appointment, are you able to change the Send Using Field?

I am not given any choice it goes to BBM Groups only. FYI I don't have any groups any longer. When I create a calendar event on my cell it ask me if I want to include BBM groups I answer........it doesn't matter if I say yes or no the event will not sync to my computer regardless.

Backup your data using BlackBerry Desktop Software and follow the steps in http://bbry.lv/JTcocQ to merge your Calendars.
Once the Calendars have been merged, you should see all your appointments under your Default Calendar.
Try to sync with your computer and let me know if the appointments transfer over.

Hello there. I had a similar problem, so thanks for the calendar merging tips which worked for me.
I have a connected problem though, in that even now that the merger has taken place I cannot get phone to outlook sychronisation of appointments.
Might be useful to note that I broke my Bold9900, replaced it with another Bold9900 which I then lost, replaced that with a Pearl8120 which I gave up on before getting the original Bold9900 repaired. My poor desktop manager probably doesn't know what hit it!
Suggestions gratefully received.
