Calender errors - Cruve 9360

I have a BB Curve 9360 v7.1.0.714, Platform 9.6.0.111.  I have configured it to pick up by mail from a BES server.  All my mail comes through fine however if someone sends me a calendar invite I do not have any visibility of this on my BB until I accept the message in outlook.  Once accepted it will then show up in my Blackberry calendar.  Has anyone seen this happen before, I have wiped the device and ran an reinstall to no avail.  My colleagues who are on the same system are not experiecing these issues however they have a mix of smartphone devices.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your question regarding the issue you are experiencing with receiving Calendar invitations on your BlackBerry smartphone BlackBerry Enterprise Server account.

 

As this is working for other users, please contact your administrator to check your account settings.
