Re: Call Blocking App *****FREE*****

Hi jeff1974w,

Thanks for mentioning. I tried this apps few day back but previous version had some problem with  direct adding from call log. In new version  Import from Call Log error has been fixed. Older version used to work with both bold and storm but now it supports storm only.

Anyway thanks for mentioning...it's a good one.

Re: Call Blocking App *****FREE*****

Well  for one I didn't get this app through the board, so when I saw your post about it I thought I would ask.

I have it on my phone and have tried blocking some 800, and blocked numbers, but they still managed to come through, so maybe what I should have asked was how well does it work for you

Re: Call Blocking App *****FREE*****

i believe you have to set the permissions for the app to work

Re: Call Blocking App *****FREE*****

I did all of this before I posted. (set all permissions to allow), and even rebooted like the instructions stated

Still blocked numbers are coming through

Re: Call Blocking App *****FREE*****

I guess perhaps a silly question - but what does "blocked" mean from this applications standpoint?

1: The application "Ignores" the call (as if the "Ignore" button is clicked) which sends the caller to VM?

2: The call is left to ring but is muted/hidden/conceiled/??? to give the effect of no call coming in - which eventually goes to VM?

3: The call is indeed blocked - in which case the caller is presented with VM? Silence? Busy Signal?

Just wondering - thanks.

You are probably right!Smiley Happy

I guess I thought that if the call was blocked, it would not allow the caller to leave a voice mail either
