I have a Blackberry 9330 Curve on the Verizon network. About 3 months ago callers started to complain that they couldn't hear me or my voice was broken up. Verizon recommended a replacement phone, but the replacement does the same thing. I've talk to verizon TS several times and they don't have a clue as to what the problem is nor a solution. I have another 8 months before I can upgrade. I asked another Blackberry user if they had the problem and she said she did. I hate to give up on Blackberry as it is a nice phone. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem is or what I can do to resolve this problem? Thank you.
