I'm having difficulty calling Italy when I use numbers stored in my address book. The Blackberry seems to delete the 0 after the international dialling code required for Italy 0039 0 xxxxxx.
It works OK when you dial the number manually, but when you're on the move this is no good.
Has anyone else had this problem, and is there a solution?

I have to set my phone through the options mentioned by Zandrex for MY country. I believe if you were to use this option, you would have to change every time you call. How many digits do you use to call? The default is 10 but it can to set variable lengths. Maybe that is why your 0 drops.
Let me know!

I have the same problem with a phone from Spain. I have set my country to Spain (+34) and increased the 'National Number length' from the default of 9 to a higher number (I've tried 13 and 16). Does NOT work. Still dials the number as +392xxx... instead of +3902xxx... as it should.
As a newcomer to BB after an extremely happy 10 year Palm period, I cannot believe this phone makes such a stupid mistake!!!, and there is no place to find an answer!!!
