Calling into company voice mail system

I just got my New Torch 9800. I have been using a Bold 9000 with no issue. I can not call into my company voice mail.  The way my voice mail works is I dial in - in put my box number and the # key and then I have access to the system which asked me to input my box number and pass code one last time then the annoying tone goes away.   What is happening is that  - the numbers I put in are not be register and that nasty tone keeps on going. If I take my sim card out and put into my Bold I have not problems . This is the only number I am having issuse with, Help....

  I need to access my voice mail any ideas? Thanks for you time
