Camera problem bb 9700

Camera not work it shuts off and says close all apps, so I need instruction on changping the camera

Hi dreboy72,

 

Have you tried performing a battery pull to see if the message appears again when launching the camera application?  Also, ensure you have the latest version of BlackBerry® Devce Software available by plugging your BlackBerry® smartphone into your PC and going to http://www.blackberry.com/update

did you open any flash app while opening the cam ??
