I had to call blackberry tech service after my BB wouldn't allow me to use my email setup icon. Consequently I was forced to quickly set it up over the phone and chose one of the options provided by the service when my original choice was already taken. Is it possible to delete this first email account on the blackberry service and register a new one. I am pretty sure we can only have one in use tagged to the blackberry.net domain name....correct???
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi and welcome to the forums!
Log into the BIS site using your current username and password.
Select create address under the blackberry accounts
Create the new address with username and password.
once verified, delete the old address.
Please let me know how it goes!

I tried to reset but I couldn't remember the answer to the security question! Now I have deleted the old account bt I still can't acess my bbm cause its still asking for my password.how can I create a new one?

If you are having problem with only password then try to reset , no need to create a new one .Refer to this Knowledge Base for help :
