Can my phone block an entire network???

Some of my friends are on a different network than me and for some reason everyone I know on that network cannot get through to me! I can call and text them, and they can get through to everyone else on my network except me, which makes me think it has to be my specific phone. I've been through every possible setting on my phone and can't find a reason for it. I've been on to my network and they can't come up with a reason for it. Can anyone please help me with this? I've been trying to find a solution for this problem for about 9 months now.

Re: Can my phone block an entire network???

Have you tried your sim in a different phone? If the problem really is the phone and not with the network, then your friends should get your texts and such in a non-BlackBerry.
