Can't Download Adobe Flash, Or open ZIP files

Torch 9810 OS7

1) Some media require Adobe Flash and when I attempt to play them Adobe says my device does not support it. How do I get Adobe or what do I need?

2) Supposedly OS7 has the ability to open ZIP files but so far I am unable to do so. I have a file I need to open but when I try the phone says "unable to open". Any ideas?

Thanks!

There is no Adobe Flash for BlackBerry smartphones.

Where is the ZIP file you are attempting to open located on the device?

If it is on your Media Card, email it yourself and open it.

Re: Can't Download Adobe Flash, Or open ZIP files

It was a link in an email that I downloaded to files and tried to open. Should I copy and paste and email the link to myself? Not sure that will change anything.

no, now that you've downloaded it, attach it to an email and open from the email.

Ok, sent it and when I click on the attachment a list of attachments appear and I am able to open all of the forms but when I try to open the ZIPed book it says the file already exists and do I want to rename. But it won't open.

Delete the original file off your Media card, and now try to open it.

Re: Can't Download Adobe Flash, Or open ZIP files

When I open the book it shows a % meter and that it has been downloaded. It ends up in files and when I try to open it it says "file cannot be displayed".
