Can't Get BB 8130 to Sync Any Longer

I upgraded to BB Desktop Mgr Version 4.6.0.12 last week and haven't been able to complete a sync since then.  Have a BB 8130 with v4.3.0.60 (Platform 3.1.0.32) firmware. Never had a problem with the old Desktop Mgr software I had been using.  

 

Just re-ran the Sync and it got most of the way through, this time stopping at Reading from Miscrosoft Outlook Calendar.  Error codes were:

 

Event Type:  BEX

P1:  DesktopMgr.exe

P2:  4.6.0.12

P3:  4835e713

P4:  MSOutlookConnector.fil

P5:  7.1.1.251

P6:  4742a251

P7:  00038610

P8:  c0000409

P9:  00000000

 

I have the appcompat.txt file info if it would help.

Try this:

 

Cause 2

The msoutlookconnector.fil component of Intellisync has not been registered successfully.

Resolution

  1. On the computer, open a command prompt.
  2. Navigate to path C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\IS71 Connectors\MS Outlook Connector.
  3. In the command prompt, type regsvr32 MsOutlookConnector.fil.
  4. You will receive a prompt DllRegisterServer in msoutlookconnector.fil succeeded if the registration is successful.
  5. Close BlackBerry Desktop Manager and start the Intellisync setup again.
