Everytime I try to click on a link in an email or text message, I get the HTTP 403 error.  how do I fix?

Re: Can't click on links - get HTTP 403 error every time

I also can't get to web pages from the browser - everytime I type in an address I get the same error.  The blackberry home page works and I can get to the pages that are on that page like the NY times. but I can't type in www.google.com and get there.  are you having this problem also?

I spoke with verizon today and they couldn't help me. they set me up with a trouble ticket and are supposed to call me back. I'll let you know if we fix it. otherwise I may head back to verizon tomorrow and see if another blackberry will work.

Re: Can't click on links - get HTTP 403 error every time

I ended up going to the verizon store and the tech spent an hour on it and ended up doing a "hard reset" and it works.  Of course, my work email no longer comes through and will have to be reset up again. I guess if the problem happens again it must be from setting up my work email...

Once you do Enterprise Activation, the browser will stop working again, as you will be behind the firewall and subject to the same limitations.

I don't think the tech knew what he was doing.

I've done the hard reset 2x already to no avail.
