I am very disappointed with my Blackberry. When I bought it that thought that it is a business phone which will work as a Swiss watch and actually works worse than the Chinese fake.
but already at all I don't know what to do, BIS ceased to work, simply ceased. My cell operator can't repair two days.
any advise ?

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your BlackBerry Bold smartphone. Since you are unable to access the BlackBerry Internet Service, I would suggest verifying with your network provider again that your data services have been configured correctly.
