I have a feeling this is probably vodafone and not the actual Blackberry but shall ask anyway. I never had problems using my internet on my phone and a month or two ago I tried to go online and got a message saying 'Unable to connect to the Internet'. I also got the same message when connected to WiFi. I know I'm connected to the internet because it comes up on the home page.

I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
