Hi I'm stuck with my device,
Pearl 9105: SIM Card A (BIS for BBM, chatting, browsing and social network)
Curve 9320: SIM Card B (BIS for BBM, chatting and social network)
I used SIM Card A on Curve 9320 with fresh OS to create BlackBerry ID and install application.
I used SIM Card B on Pearl 9105 so I can still connected with BBM. But received message from BlackBerry and ignore this message because forgot my account (last time I reinstall my OS on August 4, 2013 and still have the backup file). I insert SIM Card A back to Pearl 9105 and received the same message.
Due to lag device I reinstall to latest OS 18.104.22.16869. Wipe device using JL_Cmder, delete vendor.xml, Shrink OS with BB Boss and recreate BIS account.
Everything was find till I got bad connection and complain to my provider also told them I've recreate BIS account. The customer service request my PIN & IMEI so I gave it. My data plan is include browsing future without push email. Till now my carrier have no solution to fix my problems:
I integrate email to my new BIS account. My device/ old BIS account integrated with these email with the same carrier.
No message configured after battery pull, even email have been setup properly and send service book manually,
Can't send appworld to integrated email
Was successful receive email from download appworld using integrated email on August 7, 2013
Never found a problem like this and have searching through google the characteristic of cloned PIN & IMEI which can't browse but connected to BBM. Is my PIN and IMEI have cloned by someone, how to check it/ where to ask?
