I had my BB Tour croak on me while on a business trip and had a replacement device sent to me. I got re-setup on the BES and updated my software. I did NOT do a device transfer / restore from a backup because it has been a long time since I had backed up.
I get logged into the BlackBerry App world and the HandMark Sudoku I purchased via the App Store isn't listed as something that I have purchased. I went through HandMark support, but because I purchased it via BB App Store, they can't help me.
I paid for it via my PayPal account, and I have that account associated with my phone/App store, but the app doesn't show up. How do I go about getting my app again?

Was your replacement BlackBerry the same model as the one you had previously?
When you created your BlackBerry ID, did your PayPal account migrate over? Did you receive any error message?
If you were to search for the application, does it show up in the search results?
