Can't get email

I switch from Verizon to simple mobile now I can't get get any email what can I do this is a storm 9550 I call Verizon and they said no locks on my pin what's next

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Your next step is to contact Simple Mobile, with of course the knowledge that your specific BB model must be compatible with their network...but only they (Simple) can answer that question.

Yes. To my understanding, no carrier automatically supports all BB models for HRT registration and Service Book delivery...both of which are required in order for BB services to work. If the carrier network does not natively support your specific BB model number for automatic HRT/Service Book activities, then their network won't be able to provide services to your BB automatically. But, only they (the carrier) can tell you if their network natively supports your specific BB model number or not.
