Can't get rid of a BBM Group Request

I got a group request notification, and i pressed decline, it was still there, i then clicked on it and just pressed ignore, it was still there, i then accepted and then left group. But the notification invite is still there. Now it's saying "This invitation has expired, and it can no longer be used" Any ideas how to get rid of this? I have the latest OS version on there aswell if that helps at all.

Thank you.

Re: Can't get rid of a BBM Group Request

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner:

With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescirbed for most gltiches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

Still there now?
