Can't log in to add email account

When I go to setup/email to set up a new account it asks me to log in.   At first, I thought it was that I had the wrong password.   Then I asked to have my password sent to my email.  The device gave me a message that the email had been sent successfully.   I never got the email.   I have tried more than once.

Please try this FIRST, using your BlackBerry browser...

• Go to mobile.blackberry.com OR to www.blackberry.com/integrate
• Scroll down to Communication and then to Email.
• Choose the appropriate email set up options.

If that works and completes your email setup/editing, good.

Seems to have worked!   Wow.  Thanks for the speedy reply.   I wonder why this is not the link on the setup screen on the device?
