I just upgraded to the new BlackBerry 9800 Torch. Everything went fine until I tried to log into "My App". App World does not recognize my email or password.
It is the same one I used on my BlackBerry Bold 9700. Can anyone help?

Have you gone through device switch wizard?
it could be that BIS is not able to recognize you new PIN / your email may not match up with your device.

Are any of your other BlackBerry Internet Service functions working/not working?

Same thing on my 9700. I can log in on the computer, but not my BB9700!
And Could you answer Mine and JSanders questions aswell please.
It makes it difficult to help if you dont state what has been done.

I have the same problem
Phone = Curve 8520
OS = 6
App World version: Not sure, but I downloaded it today, my BB is new so I updated everything.
I can use the browser, I can check my mails, But the APP World does not download a thing and when I try to log in I get the next message (Translated from spanish, might not be 100% accurate):
"BlackBerry App World could not connect to the BlackBerry App World server. Check your network connections and try again"
But, as I said, Everything works fine except for this.
Lemme know if you need more information on this issue, It's really frustrating because I can log on my computer but I can't on my BB

I also get same message on my Curve 8310 (OS 4.5-AT&T) I didn't have issues with previous App World version. I don't have problems with any other sites. Thanks very much (in advance)
