you are an O2 customer, so you can talk to the O2 hotline. They are paid by you every month to take care of all your issues related to your BlackBerry, especially the BlackBerryID.

Should they not be able to solve your issue, they are a RIM customer. Meaning they can escalate to RIM your issue, at no charge for you. In that case a RIM Level2 helpdesk employee will contact you.

My trouble was to find someone who knew what they were talking about :-)


Eventually I did and they helped me out.  In fact, the lady I spoke to was so helpful I asked for a way to give her a thumbs up.


All is well with the world now and my BB is working again
