Can't send text messages

Bold 9900 will not send text messages, just says "short message transfere rejected" any answers???

Since when ur facing this problem...???


if ur havent tried a battery pull restart, then try it...take out the battery when ur BB is switched ON and then take out the sim too...after 30 seconds insert the sim followed by the battery and let ur BB start...now see if ur issue has been solved or not...

I recommend a battery pull first.  If that doesn't work after the phone reboots, give your service provider a call.

You can check the firewall setting on your phone to know whether any filtering is applied or not. Go to options > Security > Firewall. If nothing is there then contact your service provider.
