Can't set email up / won't sync contacts


Hopefully someone has an idea

Carrier: Boost

Phone 9310


1. Can't set email account up. Theres no email icon under setup on phone.  I've removed battery, did hard reset and still no luck (no icon).


2. Tried to sync contacts from my computer (mac / address book) and it doesn't sync them. Does my calendar.


Any suggestions on these?

Also do you get a specific error when trying to synchronizing your contacts?  Just to clarify, the calendar is able to sync?  What version of BlackBerry Desktop Software are you running? Go to Help>About Desktop Manager to get the version.
