Can't sync memos

WhenI try to sync memos I get the message "The organizer applications on your computer aren't supported."  Even though all the documentation I have read for the Blacberry Curve 9310 Smartphone say that memos can sync.  Help....

PIM support is a function of Desktop Software more than than device/OS level...see this:

But, I am curious...what is a 3910? I don't think I've ever heard of that particular model...
