Can't sync - "duplicate records found on device"

Had the exact same issue.  You have a corrupt file on your BB.  My carrier is at&t, I called their support department and they walked me through it.  Works fine now.  In my case the corrupt file was the calendar file.  Had to delete it from my devise then rebuild it because I didnt have a clean backup of that file.

Thank you!  I also have AT&T so I will call them.  Hopefully my calendar file on my laptop is clean because I don't think my life can handle a corrupted calendar!!!  LOL!
