I'm running the email redirector and my messages are being forwarded but attachements aren't included. Is this an issue with my service provider? Do I need some type of third-party app to make it work?
It is only this way when using the Redirector. If you configure your e-mail account in BIS or BES, then you will be able to view attachments if they are supported. It is just the Redirector method doesn't send the attachments.
You should be able to as long as you have the proper server settings, etc. You could also set up your BlackBerry specific e-mail account (firstname.lastname@example.org) and then set up a rule to have your messages forwarded to that blackberry e-mail address. This will bring the attachments and it will still be instant delivery.
