I am a new Blackberry User. I can't seem to find a definitive answer to the question above? I have ordered a memeory card- 2gb-in order to store Itunes sogns-but have been trying to download Itunes songs from my laptop library with no success. The error says-file too big. The song I was trying to download is only 7gb. Is it truly the file size that is the issue and will this be fixed when I get the 2gb card? Or is it an Itunes security issue? Also, I have installed media manager but can not figure out how to move a song from Itunes into this program. The first time I installed media manaer it automatically moved one song over from Itunes but now I can't repeat the process.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hey. Hope this helps as I had the same issue in the begining. It only leads to more frustration so don't get too excited.
On you blackberry, click on the options icon
click on media card
make sure Media Card Support is on
make sure Mass Storage Mode Support is off.
Start desktop media manager. The right screen will have two options, device memory and media card.
Select Media Card.
That should enable your card and be ready to download. Unfortunately, you'll only be able to download music from CD's or pictures you may have. You might be able to download some video (haven't tried that yet) but you won't have any success with Itunes or WMA formated songs downloaded from Walmart, napster, rhapsody, etc. because those files have to be converted from their format to mp3.
Welcome to crackberry purgatory, no one seems to have any answers as how to fix it other than paying even more money for conversion software like Media coder (had no luck with) Tune clone, Super, Danuisoft, etc.
Blackberry says it supports all those formats but its been very hard to see proof due to the DRM issues.
Hope it helps.

Yes!! You Can download music onto the Blackberry from iTunes! It is very easy!
1. Make an iTunes playlist of music you want to put on your Blackberry
2. Connect your Blackberry to your computer
3. Open your playlist in iTunes
4. Right click on the name of the playlist in the menu on the left.
5. Click on Export
6. Choose your Blackberry as the target
7. Choose music
It will then load the music right into your music media files on your Blackberry...and TahDah! You have music!
