Cannot Setup my Office email account on my New BB 9900

Hello,

Cannot Setup my Office email account defcomtechnologies.com on my New BB 9900. Whenever  I try. It says invalid email address or password.Verify your email address and password. If error persist,contact defcomtechnologies.com.

 

Please what do I do?

Try validating your email credentials at the following site. 

 

https://www.blackberry.com/eavt/web20/index.jsp

 

If you are not able to validate your account using the above link then you will need to contact your IT department for the correct settings.
