My Device: Torch 9800
My Carrier: Vodafone

Cannot Sync my Torch 9800

When I connect my device to the desktop via USB to sync, I get a panel that says "Other system has not been selected.  Please select the other system".  What other system?  Net result, no synchronisation with my device.
