I just 'upgraded' to V7, but when attempting to backup my Bold 9900, as I've done many times before, the normal screen appears, but nothing happens. It's the same when I attempt to sync. I can, however, access the 9900 to copy files to my PC. I've tried a hard reboot of the 9900, but it made no difference.
I found one post that suggested going back to V6.1, but I haven't been able to find a download other than V7.
