Cannot configure sync

I have a BB 9780 Bold. I have BB Desktop installed on my Windows 8 PC and I am using Outlook for my contacts.

When I try to sync my contacts, I am asked to configure sync. However, it asks for the name of my Outlook profile, and the dropdown box has noting in it, and does not allow me to type anything into it.

If there is an update, can you please advise me where to get it?
