Cannot connect to server URGENT!

Posted on wrong section before, sorry.  Ihavegoodwificonnectionandcanaccesslotsofstuffbutforawhilecouldnotaccessfacebookorsomeofmyappsassaidnoconnection.  Nowmyemailsarenotarriving/sending.  SMSareOK. InemailsetupIgetmessagecannotconnecttoserver. WhatcanIdo?  Bold9900

I think your SPACE key may be affected as well. Smiley Wink

 

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

Gosh the space key looked ok this end (using leptop!!!!!)    Thanks for decoding.  Just diong as you suggest.  Battery out for 5 minutes??  Would putting someone else's SIM in for a couple of minutes have done this?  Although it was still not connecting to facebook befofe that depsiute everything lese seeimg ok.  Will let you know about the reboot in 5

No still no server connection.  The date and time had reverted to Friday 11.00. :-(.  Anything else I can do?

Perhaps so.. your mobile network might have registered the new SIM card to this device.

It should have changed when you resinserted your own SIM, so you might want to call your mobile provider and ask if your device is indeed still registered on your account.
