Cannot delete error message

I have an 8350i. An error message has appeared over a new e-mail.

 

It staes:

 

? Changes made!

Save

Dismiss

Cancel

 

The screen is locked. None of the options will clear the screen.

I cannot access e-mails or SMS and MMS

 

Any solutions?

You may have an issue with the service book database. Try clearing your Service Book database then resend Service Books and test again.
