Re: Cannot disable password for device!

Hello, I have a BB Torch 9800 and I cant quite see the "Memory Card/Media Card" options. I cant even find this 'set "Encryption Mode > None"' As other forums have discussed. I can't see an "Advanced Options" in my Options too.

I've looked for Media Card Encryption, I've disabled all the encryptions you've said on your post.

I really can't get the lock sign 'unlocked' when im trying to disable my password.

Please help me. Smiley Sad I don't want to remove the contents in my phone, I don't want it formatted.

Could you give me instructions on how to disable the password on Torch 9800?

These are in the "Options"

-Sounds and Ring tones

-Networks and Connections

- Typing and Input

-Call Management

-Third Party Applications

I've tried clicking each one of them. Smiley Sad( PLEASE HELP ME! Smiley Sad(

Disabling encryption for both device and media card works and now I have the option to disable Device password.
