Cannot enter Login-Data for GroupWise 7 in Intellisync DesktopManager

I synchronized my Blackberry 8707v for more than a year with GroupWise. Now I changed my passowrd at GroupWise and I had to change it too at Intellisync tool for synchronisation with my Blackberry.

But when I try to change password I get a message from Intellisync about an abnormal end of the program or an runtime error because a translatio module is not found or not loaded?


I tried to uninstall all blackberry tools and reinstalled it and I installed an older version too, but the error ist the same everytime.


I use DesktopManager "Desktop Software v4.3.0.25 (Multilanguage) 430_b025_multilanguage.exe"

and at Blackberry there ist installed" 8707vM_PBr4[1].2.1_rel173_PL3.3.0.27_A4.2.1.105.exe"


I need help now!
