Cannot find menu selection so as to send HRT

My bb is bb style 9670, I lost my browser connection after clean uo the service book. And all emails are lost. I've tried ur suggest to press menu key in host routing table. The problem is, I can not find the key (2nd button from the bottom in the menu). It doesn't work for me. Can u help me? tq
