I have an email account on Microsoft Office 365 (portal.microsoft.com), and I use Vodafone. I have managed to associate this email address with my Blackberry ID. When I try to add the same email address to my device I enter the email password, and after "Processing, please wait ..." appears for about one minute I get the message "Your device had a problem connecting to the server". Any advice?

Thanks for trying to help. I don't know whether I could have solved this on my own. I got in touch with our software support company who talked me through the set-up. First I had to download an app called "Enterprise Activation" and run that, then enter details of my email account including a password I wouldn't have known. It seems to be working now.
