Cannot launch Desktop manager

Please help! I have installed BB desktop manager on my PC ( Win xp SP3), but the application will not launch.

I get no errors..just wont launch . Task manager does not show the application running either.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application, but I still cannot launch the desktop mgr.

Installation goes just fine without any problems. I have tried doing this for both version 6 and 7.

I have also installed the application using administrator account and tried insatlling with security turned off.

Please help.

Please check that you have all the latest security updates installed as well as .Net Framework 3.5 SP1, 2.0, 1.1. This behavior could be caused by some problems connected with the.Net Framework (but it is just a thought). You could try to reinstall it also.
