I have scoured the help forums in search of an answer prior to asking, so here goes.
I recently got a Blackberry Bold 9650. I installed the Device Manager and Desktop Manager software on my laptop, which runs Vista. After some slight problems, it's all running fine. The initial software on my 9650 is updated, and all is good.
I downloaded the BBWeather app and unzipped it to my desktop.
Everything I have read online pertaining to the Application Loader says that there is an "Add" button that will appear when I go to the Application Loader. All I get is the ability to see what software already is/was on the BlackBerry, and get possible updates. No ADD button anywhere -- not even something grayed out.
I have, to my understanding, the latest Desktop Manager software (5.0.1).
