Cannot login on BB to AppWorld



I try to connect to AppWorld from my new device. I can start the Appworld App and installed the newest version several times now but it does not work. I have to agree to the terms & conditions with any click I make. Going to "Payment options" I can enter a new Blackberry ID and a new password. The login works, I have to agree to T&Cs and again I cannot click anything.


I tried to use a second account and this one works on my PC browser but not on the device. I guess because I am using a different email address.


How can I solve this issue?

Where can I get support?

It seems my account is not working and needs to be reset but who can do this?

I am browsing through support pages but cannot find any help.


If you can point me in the right direction this would be great.
