I've bought one new Blackberry phone 9900. I tried to login to the blackberry application world on the new phone, but cannot. the error: unable to login .
I want to ask can we using the one blackberry ID on the 2 device, If cannot, how can we erase old infomation on the old blackberry and update new info of new Blackberry phone

I am having the same problem with my new 9900 so will be interested when an answer is given. I also entered my email address incorrectly (my fault) so can't delete the incorrect email. I listed it as .....@tmo.blackberry.com rather than .net. I am able to log on with my Blackberry ID online but not on my device. I keep getting an error message and I'm up to "5/10" incorrect password entries before locking me out.
Hope someone helps us fast!

I am having the same issue.
I have a BB Bold 9900
I can log in online but not on my Bold
I get the following message - 'Unable to log in to your Blackberry ID Account'
I have reloaded BB App World and rebooted a couple of times with no joy!
A speedy response would be good as everything revolves around the BB ID

Hello RIM, anyone listening. Many people with this same problem. No solutions found.
It started happening to me after installing App World 3. It happened on two different devices, A Bold 9930 and a Torch 9850.
