The support from the company itself always seems to fail twenty four hours after they tell me anything. Don't know why. Favourite problem, no password to add email accounts to my blackberry, it would be easy to do, but since I bought it no password has reliably given access to setup. Now they want me to pay fifty pounds for more support. Very nice toy otherwise.
