Cannot seem to get my password from BB reliably

The support from the company itself always seems to fail twenty four hours after they tell me anything. Don't know why. Favourite problem, no password to add email accounts to my blackberry, it would be easy to do, but since I bought it no password has reliably given access to setup. Now they want me to pay fifty pounds for more support. Very nice toy otherwise.

Your query is not clear to me. Please let know what problem you're facing with your Blackberry.

You went to your service provider for BlackBerry password?? What password device access??
