Cannot setup email

Hi all,

 

I have a big problem, please help me !

 

I setup 3 email

1. (personal info removed)@telsoft.com.vn

2. (personal info removed)@gmail.com

3. (personal info removed)@yahoo.com

 

But only service book of email 1 loaded to my device. I does not receive service book and email "Email account information" for email 2 and 3.

 

But I setup email 2 and 3 on other BB, everything is good !

 

I try to setup other email (gmail), everything still good !

 

I try delete all service book, wipe and reload OS, call network carrier support but problem can not solve Smiley Sad

cant you try your network provider? they can add those account on their systems and add the service books for all 3 email

I called them 3 times and they can't help.

Type www.blackberry.com/integrate in your phone's browser and see if that helps.

Hi BillJ,

On step 2 I got :


Your device is not registered. Please register your device and try again.

* In the device options, click Advanced Options.
* Click Host Routing Table.
* Press the Menu key or the trackwheel.
* Click Register Now.

It's unreasonable because I still using email, facebook, yahoo,....

register again and reload webpage, but still get message above !
