Cannot start BB desktop manager

Hi,

 

i already install the latest version of BBDM. I'm working with windows 7 Professional SP1, and when click in the DDBM icon, a first logo of BB appears but, then appears a black window with a "Blackberry desktop software" in the title, but nothing else appears.

 

i need your help to rectify this, since i use it for my daily work.

I suggest this thread:

It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.

Thank you for your suggestions, but nothing worked...

 

I believe that I found a new bug.

 

I had 2 screens on the same tower and after the secondary one was disconnected, the BBDM started to work perfectly. Go figure...
